Yes. Global Gaming has five distinct user roles — Super Admin, Org Admin, Coach, Player, and Parent. Each role has its own dashboard, permissions, and feature set so everyone sees exactly what they need and nothing they don't.

Yes — Global Gaming is available on both iOS and Android. Players can complete daily wellness check-ins, coaches can review stats on the go, and parents can see their child's activity — all from their phone.

Yes. The optional parent visibility dashboard gives parents real-time access to their child's wellness check-ins, attendance, and programme participation. Every parent gets their own login with a purpose-built, read-only view.

We currently integrate with FACEIT for competitive match data and performance analytics, with Discord connectivity, and OAuth/SSO for enterprise single sign-on. More integrations are on the roadmap.

The initial onboarding session is 2 hours, designed to ensure your coaches and admins are fully comfortable with the platform. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated onboarding manager and SLA-backed support throughout the pilot.
