Inviting users one by one and by CSV

Open Players from the sidebar — this is your organisation's full roster.

Adding one person

Select Add Player and fill in their details. They receive an invitation email.

Importing by CSV

1. Select Import CSV.
2. Download the template if you need it — it has example rows already filled in.
3. The CSV columns are: email, first_name, last_name, gamer_tag, role, game, team, organisation, institution_type, country. Only email is required; missing fields default sensibly (role defaults to player, country defaults to UAE).
4. Upload your completed CSV. You will see a preview of email, name, role, and game for the first rows before you import.
5. Select Import Users. Each person receives an invitation email.
