Signing in
Global Gaming supports four ways to sign in from the login screen:
- Email — enter your email and password, then select Login with Email.
- Discord
- Apple
Your organisation's SuperAdmin or Org Admin invites you by email or CSV import, and your first sign-in uses the link in that invitation email.
If a provider shows as unavailable, use Email login instead.
First sign-in
New accounts created by an Org Admin (individually or by CSV import) receive an invitation email with a link to set a password. If the link does not work — this sometimes happens when a corporate email scanner checks links before you click them — sign in with Email if you already set a password, or use Forgot Password on the Email login screen to set one.
Wrong role or organisation
If you sign in and see the wrong role or the wrong organisation's data, contact your Org Admin — role and organisation are set when your account is approved, not something you change yourself.
