Check Team Pulse once a day — it is the fastest way to feel how the team is doing.

• The Team Pulse tab shows the practice streak and who has checked in today.
• Quick Polls let you ask the team one question and see answers straight away.
• Hype is for praise — give a player a hype when they do something well and the whole team sees it.
• Announcements go to everyone on the team, with reactions so you know who has read them.
