This Wellness & AI Disclaimer Annex (“Annex”) forms part of and is incorporated by reference into the Global Gaming Platform Terms of Use (the “Platform Terms”).
Capitalised terms not defined in this Annex have the meanings set out in the Platform Terms.
1. Purpose of This Annex
This Annex clarifies the scope, limitations, and intended use of:
Wellness-related features
Analytics and insights
Artificial intelligence–supported outputs
It is intended to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and allocate responsibility appropriately between Global Gaming and Organisations using the Platform.
2. Nature of Wellness Data
2.1 Any wellness-related data collected or processed via the Platform is:
Self-reported only
Optional
Non-medical
Non-diagnostic
2.2 Wellness inputs may include, for example:
Sleep duration
Fatigue levels
Stress levels
Mood or emotional state
Self-reported wellbeing scores
Injury or burnout flags
2.3 The Platform does not collect clinical, biometric, or diagnostic health data.
3. No Medical or Health Advice
3.1 The Platform does not provide:
Medical advice
Mental health advice
Diagnosis
Treatment recommendations
Clinical assessments
3.2 The Platform is not a medical device and is not intended to be used as such.
3.3 Organisations and users must not rely on Platform outputs as a substitute for professional medical or healthcare advice.
4. AI and Analytics Outputs
4.1 The Platform may generate outputs described as:
“Insights”
“Analytics”
“Trends”
“Correlations”
“Indicators”
“Recommendations”
4.2 All such outputs:
Are informational and indicative only
Are based on available data, which may be incomplete or inaccurate
Require human interpretation and judgment
4.3 No AI-generated output is intended to be determinative or authoritative.
5. Human Decision-Making
5.1 Final decisions relating to:
Training
Participation
Player development
Selection
Rest or workload management
Safeguarding escalation
are made solely by the Organisation and its authorised personnel.
5.2 The Platform does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
6. Profiling, Risk Scoring, and Talent Identification
6.1 The Platform may support:
Performance profiling
Risk indicators
Talent identification signals
6.2 These features:
Do not constitute formal assessment
Do not replace coaching judgment
Do not guarantee outcomes or progression
6.3 Organisations remain responsible for ensuring fair, lawful, and transparent use of such features in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
7. Safeguarding and Duty of Care
7.1 Global Gaming does not assume responsibility for:
Safeguarding decisions
Welfare interventions
Duty of care obligations
7.2 Organisations retain full responsibility for:
Safeguarding frameworks
Escalation procedures
Legal and regulatory compliance
The Platform is a supporting tool only.
8. Limitations and Accuracy
8.1 Global Gaming does not warrant that:
Wellness data is accurate
Analytics are complete
AI outputs are error-free
8.2 Use of the Platform is at the Organisation’s own risk.
9. No Performance Guarantees
9.1 The Platform does not guarantee:
Performance improvement
Competitive success
Injury prevention
Talent progression
9.2 Any outcomes remain dependent on numerous factors outside Global Gaming’s control.
10. Acceptance and Acknowledgement
By enabling or using wellness or AI-related features, the Organisation and its users acknowledge and agree that:
The Platform provides decision-support only
Wellness data is non-medical and self-reported
AI outputs require human oversight
Responsibility remains with the Organisation
11. Priority and Interpretation
In the event of conflict:

shall prevail in that order with respect to wellness, analytics, and AI-related matters.
