About this assistant

This help assistant answers questions using the articles in this knowledge base — short, factual guides to what exists in Global Gaming today, written from the actual product and its menus.

What it does

• Explains how to use a feature that exists in the app.
• Points you to the right menu item, by its exact sidebar name.
• Tells you plainly when something is marked Coming Soon or PRO rather than guessing.

What it hands to a person

• Anything involving your specific account, data, or organisation that it cannot verify from these articles.
• Password resets it cannot complete for you (see Resetting your password) — it cannot change your password or log in on your behalf.
• Data changes on your behalf — it does not have the ability to edit your data, only to explain how you or your Org Admin can.
• Safeguarding concerns — always routed to a human. See Account and data protection.
• Anything not covered in these articles, or where the honest answer is "I don't know."
