User management

Open Settings, then User Management, to see everyone in your organisation.

From here you can:

• Approve or reject pending sign-ups — see Approving pending users.
• Invite users individually or by CSV import — see Inviting users one by one and by CSV.
• Change a user's role.
• Deactivate a user who has left.
• Delete a user's account.

Role changes take effect immediately and control what that user can see across the whole platform — the five-role hierarchy is SuperAdmin, Org Admin, Coach, Player, and Parent.
